PATC owns a two-story building in downtown Vienna, Virginia, one block from the W&OD trail. The address is 118 Park Street, Southeast. When you arrive and enter the building, turn right to enter the volunteer room, where volunteers staff the sales, information and cabins reservations desks. (See below for hours.) Further on is the Council room (a room that can be used for large meetings of 20 or more), tool room, and sales storage where the sales coordinator maintains a stock of publications. Upstairs are smaller meeting rooms, a library, archives, and the remainder of the staff offices.
The headquarters operation is always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to man the information, sales, and cabin reservations desks. For more information on this volunteer opportunity, click Volunteer on the main menu (left) and then choose Headquarters.

Directions to PATC Headquarters:
from the Washington Metropolitan area-
Exit the Washington Beltway (I-495) at exit 11, Chain Bridge Road (Rte. 123).
Take this south toward Tysons Corner and Vienna.
After passing Tysons Corner shopping center you will cross Old Court House Road.
See sign in center median, Welcome to Vienna. Chain Bridge Road becomes Maple Avenue.
Proceed into the center of town. Pass the Outback Steak House on your left.
Turn left at Park St. (Second light after the Outback).
Turn left into the PATC parking lot, the second building on your left.
from the south or west-
Exit I-66 at Nutley St. north (direction of Vienna), exit 67.
In about a mile turn right onto Maple Avenue.
Turn right onto Park Street just after passing the Whole Foods Market on your right.
Turn into the PATC parking lot, second building on your left.
public transportation-
Take the Metro Orange Line toward Vienna, and get off at Dunn Loring station. (Do not continue on to Vienna station; it does not provide buses to downtown Vienna.) At Dunn Loring, proceed to the bus stop outside the station, and take the 2T bus for Vienna. When you get to Maple Avenue (the main street of Vienna), exit at the Library stop. Walk on Maple Avenue to Park Street. Turn on Park Street at the corner with the Noodle Company restaurant. PATC is the second building on your left.
